Zoom Tai chi for Life

Classes are held every Tuesday beginning May 7th through June 25th online via Zoom from 11-11:45 am.
Dates: May 7, 14, 21, 28, June 4, 11, 18, 25

Tai chi for Life is a simple introduction to Tai chi and its benefits to mind/body/spirit. Learn a set of movements to improve balance, flexibility and overall wellbeing. As with all programs, movements can be modified to be done from a standing or seated position. All abilities expected and welcome!
