Classes are every Tuesday beginning May 7th through June 25th online via Zoom from 10-10:30 am.

This introductory program focuses on the cultivation of Qi or our life-force energy through mindful breathing, postures, and gentle movement. An ancient practice now widely embraced by U.S. health practitioners for its many benefits to mind, body, and spirit. This offers a fun way to improve balance, strength, and flexibility.
