Zoom Basic Balance

Classes are held every Monday beginning May 6th through June 24th online via Zoom from 11-11:30 am.
Dates: May 6, 13, 20, June 3, 10, 17, 24 (no class on Monday, May 27th)

Simple balance exercises are done seated and standing (or remain seated throughout). Improve balance through simple movements designed to build strength, flexibility, and range of motion. All abilities are expected and welcome.
